Challenge
Evaluate current enterprise level application to manage employee schedules and data, job booking, invoicing and payroll utilities. Propose best solution for moving the application to a web-based tool including any workflow and interface improvements.

Process / Solution
Worked closely with software engineer of tool to intimately understand the current tool features. Interviewed users of the tool to gather input for potential improvement ideas and fully understand their process when using the tool. Created wire frame prototypes that fit the users' work processes and allow easier access to related cross-application functions.
